I don’t see why not. Just be mindful of how it will look in the places where you experience the hairloss.

    YES, it will only get worst, Believe me. I tried to keep my locs, by cutting them shorter, then combining them but I had to finally cut them out becasue the spot got as big as my hand on the top of my hair. I looked like I was going bald. Its been 6 months since I cut my hair to a TTWA and my hair is almost all back except a couple of spots in the top.
